Terms and Conditions

The hotel is not responsible for valuables introduced and left in your room without the knowledge of the administration (Civil Code).

The reservation of the room is not linked to a space in the garaje.

Once the payment for lodging reservations and other services of the hotel is made, there is no place to claim or refund.

We do not accept exchanges out of time for bill by invoice.

All consumption must be canceled - in advance either for accommodation or for services.

For the purposes of lodging credit and other services, a guarantee must be left (cash and / or signed voucher).

The hotel is not responsible, under any circumstance for any damage caused by third parties to the vehicle or the total or partial loss of its accessories, while it is inside and / or outside the parking lot.

The parking service does not include the duty of surveillance by the Hotel but only the temporary session of the use of a parking area.

Only the person registered at the hotel is considered as a guest.

The guest agrees to deliver the room as it was delivered.

Any damage or deterioration caused by the guest inside the facilities will be assumed by the owner.

To make a quick check out, let us know 10 minutes beforehand to prepare your account.

Upon the withdrawal of the registered guest, any visit you have must leave the room and / or identify yourself.

All visits must be received in the lobby and / or cafeteria.

The number of people inside a room is determined by the type of room taken.

Garments left in custody may not exceed three months.

Any object left under warranty will be taken as custody and may be sold, auctioned off by the hotel within 3 months of the delivery date (custody).

The company may sell, auction off, give away these objects after the deadline (3 months).

Phone calls must have a cash guarantee and / or signed voucher to make calls.

All custody will be delivered only to the owner of the property.

The user of custody is obliged to comply with the internal regulations of the hotel.

In case the payment is made by credit card the returns will be via bank in no way in cash.

It is forbidden to introduce irons, candles, microwaves, art. Flammables, etc.

I authorize the company to remove my luggage from the room in case I had not canceled my accommodation until before 12:00 pm. No place to claim.

To ensure the use of my room and thus stay and stay must pay the cost of the room a day before.

Any payment made after ½ day will be updated at the rack rate (normal rate).

The payment for ½ stay rate will have a maximum output at 19:00 hours and the payment will be calculated based on 50% of the rack rate (normal).

Accommodation payments can not be used to cover consumption or calls and vice versa.

The opening of the security boxes (safe) of the rooms can be opened at the request of the guest at office time, for no reason will be accepted another time (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00).
